How to Use

1. Cleanse your skin thoroughly and pat dry.
2. Apply your preferred skincare products if recommended for use with LED therapy. Avoid products that may increase photosensitivity.

5. Use for approximately 10–20 minutes per session.
6. Remove the mask and continue with your usual skincare routine, including moisturiser.
